PURPOSE: A method for providing mobile multimedia contents is provided to transmit an MCDU(Multimedia Contents Delivery Unit) actively selected by a wireless terminal, to a wireless terminal, combines the transmitted MCDU, and transmit multimedia contents to a user of the wireless terminal. CONSTITUTION: A multimedia contents provider constructs multimedia contents as an MCDU type through interaction between the multimedia contents provider and a wireless terminal(300), and stores the multimedia contents in an MCDU D/B(305). The multimedia contents provider establishes an MCDP(Multimedia Contents Delivery Policy), and stores the MCDP in an MCDP D/B, so that the stored MCDU is actively combined according to a story development scheme, an event order, and the characteristic of a wireless terminal user by the interaction of the multimedia contents provider and the wireless terminal(310). The multimedia contents provider generates an MCSI(Multimedia Contents Selection Interface) for supporting the interaction between the multimedia contents provider and the wireless terminal(315). The multimedia contents provider interworks with each MCDU, and stores the MCSI in the MCDP D/B(320). If the MCDP and the MCSI with respect to the multimedia contents are generated, the multimedia contents provider confirms whether the transmission of the multimedia contents is requested from the wireless terminal(325). If the transmission of the multimedia contents is requested from the wireless terminal(330), the multimedia contents provider extracts identity information of the wireless terminal user through an HLR/VLR(Home Location Register/Visitor Location Register) of a mobile communication system(335). |
