Disclosed is a compound represented by the formula (I) below, which has G PR120 agonist activity and thus is useful for treatment of diabetes or hyper lipemia, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. (In the formula, (AA ) represents a phenyl group which may be substituted with a lower alkoxy gro up or the like, or the like; (BB) represents a divalent group obtained by re moving two hydrogen atoms from a benzene ring which may be substituted with a halogen atom or the like, or the like; X represents a spacer having a main chain composed of 1-8 carbon atoms wherein 1-3 carbon atoms in the main cha in may be substituted with an oxygen atom or the like; and Y represents a hy drogen atom or the like.)
