A liquid droplet discharging device and an electrooptic device are provided to allow nozzle blocks to respectively discharge liquid droplets to different discharge regions divided according to scanning directions to restrain a discharge weight deviation caused by simultaneous discharging. A liquid droplet discharging device includes a liquid droplet discharging head(18), a scanning unit, a memory(33), a transmitter, and an output unit. The liquid droplet discharging head has a plurality of nozzles which are arranged in a predetermined direction and discharge liquid droplets. The scanning unit relatively moves the liquid droplet discharging head and a substrate in a scanning direction. The memory defines a drawing region of the substrate into a plurality of discharge regions for each liquid droplet discharge frequency according to the scanning direction of the substrate and memorizes pattern data obtained by making driving nozzles selected from the plurality of nozzles correspond to the plurality of discharge regions. The transmitter splits the pattern data into a plurality of data signals and sequentially transmits the data signals to the liquid droplet head. The output unit outputs a driving waveform signal for discharging liquid droplets to the driving nozzles selected by the split data.
