ORGANIC MATERIAL CONTAINING BENZOAZOLE SKELETON, AND LIGHT EMITTING ELEMENT USING THE SAME

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide such a material that can be used to form a stable amorphous thin film and has wide band gap, and to provide an organic electroluminescent element using the same and having high light emitting efficiency.

SOLUTION: A novel benzoasole derivative is represented by general formula (1). It can be efficiently composed by dehydrating condensation reaction, coupling reaction and their combination, and it is applicable to an organic electronic material. Furthermore, the compound can be also used to manufacture highly efficient blue electroluminescent element.
