PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tray for sterilizing an endoscope, which has no possibility of an adhesive agent coating a tightly wound string around a flexible tube of an endoscope to be damaged in a sterilizing device, and prevents a water leakage from the flexible tube caused by a snag or slack of the string even after an autoclave sterilization or the like. SOLUTION: The tray is to put the endoscope including the adhesive agent 7 provided on an outer surface of the string tightly wound around the periphery of the flexible tube 1 thereon when the endoscope is set into the sterilizing device, which is provided with a flexible tube container slot 11 to loosely fit the flexible tube 1 of the endoscope thereinto. A flexible tube holding projection 16, 17 to hold the flexible tube 1 so as not to contact with a wall of the flexible tube container slot 11 is protrudingly formed just on a position preventing it from contacting with the adhesive agent 7 coating the outer surface of the string from the wall toward an inside of the flexible tube container slot 11.
