The device has an air compressor e.g. turbine blowers (3, 4), and a connection tube (10) for connection of an air line e.g. exhaust air line, subjected to test pressure. An auxiliary flow line is attached to a mass flow sensor parallel to a pipeline section (7) between the air compressor and the connection tube, where the connection tube has an adjustable outlet cross-section. The auxiliary flow line is attached at the pipeline section via two ring channels, where the two turbine blowers are connected in parallel.
