An RF repeater for preventing oscillation caused by the feedback of transmission signals is provided to calculate the time delay, phase difference, and gain of a transmitting signal transmitted to a receiving terminal in a digital controller, and apply the calculated time delay, the phase difference, and the gain to a time delay compensator and a gain control unit, thereby controlling oscillation effectively in the RF repeater. An RF repeater comprises a receiving antenna(210), a transmitting antenna(215), a first converter(225), at least one compensation unit(250,260), a second converter(230), and a power amplifier(240). The first converter converts a signal received through the receiving antenna into a baseband digital signal. At least compensation unit compensates signal components, which are transmitted from the transmitting antenna in the digitized receiving signal, in a digital terminal. The second converter converts the receiving signal, of which the feedback transmitting signal components are removed in the compensation unit, into the analog signal of an RF bandwidth. The power amplifier amplifies the analog-converted receiving signal and transmits the receiving signal to the transmitting antenna.
