<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that confidential information is leaked since confidential image data is retrieved even when the confidential image data is included in image data to be stored in an image processor for retrieving the image data to be stored. <P>SOLUTION: The image processor includes: an image data storage part 23 for storing the image data; an index generating part 25 for extracting phrases from the image data stored in the image data storage part 23, generating a search index as a list, where the extracted phrases are associated with the image data including the phrases, and storing the search index; a restricted phrase storing part 19 for storing restricted phrases; and a screen data checking part 24 for checking whether the image data stored in the image data storage part 23 includes the restricted phrases or not, and selecting the image data without the restricted phrases included therein.
