A clamping device for a milling machine is provided to improve yield, productivity, and creditability by clamping a workpiece at an optimum position, automating a process, and pressing the workpiece from three directions. A clamping device for a milling machine, installed at a clamping table(4a) on a base(4) moving longitudinally under a milling tool(2), clamping a side of a workpiece necessary for being milled on a top, comprises the followings; a lower gripper(42) clamping a lower side of the workpiece elastically; an upper gripper(52) for lowering the workpiece by pressing a top surface of the workpiece placed on the lower gripper; more than three cam clamps(10,20,30) arranged at regular interval from one another in a plane, including a cam rotation axle connected to the clamping table to be rotated, and a jaw installed at an inner side surface to clamp a side of the workpiece when lowered; and cylinders rotating each cam clamp, to clamp the workpiece with high pressure.
