An organic light emitting display device is provided to improve current characteristics, luminous characteristics, brightness and lifetime characteristics. An organic light emitting display device comprises a substrate(10); a first electrode(20) which is formed on the substrate; a second electrode(70) which faces with the first electrode; and a light emitting layer(40) which is placed between the first electrode and the second electrode and comprises a first material having a first energy band gap doped with a second material having a second energy band gap larger than the first energy band gap.
