A variable vessel of solid or liquid state contents for pressure-resistant packing and a packing method using the same are provided to improve stability and productivity by the pressure-resistant packing in a continuous process, to prevent overflow of liquid contents, and to add sauce to solid contents easily when being opened. A variable vessel of solid or liquid state contents for pressure-resistant packing includes: a vessel body(10); and a variable unit(12) integrally formed on one end of the vessel body, and capable of being varied in volume by an internal or an external pressure. The variable unit is sunk in an inside direction or protruded in an outside direction of the vessel body by the internal or external pressure by being formed on the bottom of the vessel body.
