A high mounted stop lamp using a hook locking structure is provided to easily detach a reflector from a bulb holder by implementing a hook and a hook groove at the reflector and the bulb holder. A high mounted stop lamp using a hook locking structure includes a reflector(10) and a bulb holder(20). The bulb holder includes a bulb hook(H1) and mounting hooks(H2). The bulb hook is formed at a side of a bulb holder for mounting a bulb(30). The mounting hooks are formed at an upper surface of the bulb holder. The reflector includes a bulb hook groove(R1), mounting hook grooves, and a reflector bulb holder. The bulb hook groove is formed at a bulb hole corresponding to the bulb hook. The mounting hook grooves are formed at a position corresponding to the mounting hooks. The reflector bulb holder is formed corresponding to the length of a lower portion of the bulb holder so as to set the bulb holder in the reflector.
