An oil scoop device for supplying oil to elements relatively rotating each other is provided to supply lubricating oil and cooling oil to each of elements by fixing an oil returning element and rotating an oil scoop wheel as the oil scoop wheel is faced to the oil returning element. An oil scoop device comprises an oil returning element(3), at least one channel, and an oil scoop wheel(4). The oil returning element is connected to a housing, and has a wiper to be adjacent to one of outer surface of elements. At least one channel supplies oil by the wiper, and joined into a ring channel which is aligned on the same shaft of a rotary shaft(A). The oil scoop wheel is connected with one element, and has a plurality of blades places around the rotary shaft. The blades are extended into the ring channel, and transfers oil from the ring channel as the oil scoop wheel rotates.
