PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive tape cutter safely and easily carried without a possibility that the cutter slips through the hand of a user and drops down when picking up the cutter for relocation. SOLUTION: A lateral gripping hole 4 which penetrates a pair of side walls extending in a lateral direction of a cutter body and is opened in the lateral direction, is opened to the vertically penetrating hollow cutter body 3 of the adhesive tape cutter 1.
