PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable content to be directly redistributed among users belonging to the same community. SOLUTION: A cellphone 10A requests a community management server 60A to register cellphones 10B, 10C that belong to a community, in such a manner that the cellphones are registered in association with the community; the community management server 60A registers the community. The cellphones 10A, 10B request the community management server 60A to permit redistribution of content distributed from a CP server 40A, and the community management server 60A permits the redistribution if the request for permission of the redistribution is about the cellphones 10A to 10C belonging to the same community registered.
