<p>The system has an anode gate (4) or a set of anodes arranged partially circular form in a distance to a region of a cancer cell tissue (2) in or at a region of a healthy tissue (1). Cathodes (3) are arranged at edges of the region of the cancer cell tissue in a greater distance to the anode gate or anodes, where a current density is controlled at the edges of the cancer cell tissue. The current density to the anode gate and/or to the anodes is continuously decreased so that no cell change takes place in the region of the healthy tissue.</p>
