PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acceleration control device for a vehicle, capable of properly controlling a change of acceleration in a transition period. SOLUTION: This acceleration control device 1 is provided with: a requirement jerk change calculation part 10 calculating a target value ddG of a jerk change based on an accelerator opening ACCP of the vehicle; a requirement jerk calculation part 11 calculating a target value dGn of jerk based on the target value ddG of the jerk change; a requirement acceleration calculation part 12 calculating a target value Gn of the acceleration to be applied to a driver based on the target value dGn of the jerk; and an engine control part 13 controlling an engine 14 such that the target value Gn of the acceleration is achieved.
