PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a successive approximation type analog-digital converter capable of high-speed operation. SOLUTION: The analog/digital converter 3 is provided with a digital/analog converter 3 for outputting analog signals Vr1, Vr2 and Vr3; first, second and third comparators 11, 12 and 13 for comparing input analog signal Vin with first, second and third analog signals which are different from each other; and a sequentially comparing register and a control logic circuit 2 for controlling the digital signal which is to be given to the digital/analog converter from the outputs of the first-third comparators, and outputting the digital signal as a digital value obtained by analog/digital-converting the input analogs signal.
