PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fitting device hardly unhooked from a hooked state. SOLUTION: This fitting device is provided with a panel member assembly 4 provided with the first panel member 1, the second panel member 2 whose one side edge is joined with one side edge of the member 1 by a hinge and the third panel member 3 whose one side edge is joined with the other side edge facing the one side edge of the member 2 by a hinge, the first spring 5 positioned on the hinge part of the member 1 and the member 2 and the second spring 6 positioned on the hinge part of the member 2 and the member 3. The spring 5 and the spring 6 generate a reaction force relative to an external force in folding zigzag the assembly 4 and the member 1, member 2 and member 3 are provided with an opening.
