PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal hollow panel having recesses and projections which can secure the stability of the panel when it is stacked and also contribute to an increase in the strength of the upper surface plate of the panel. SOLUTION: This metal hollow floor panel comprises an upper surface plate A generally flat in the entire area and a lower surface plate B which is placed on the rear surface of the upper surface plate A and formed integrally therewith and which has a reinforcement pattern for reinforcement by the recesses and projections formed in the generally entire area. Recessed grooves 9 serving also as reinforcement ribs are formed in the upper surface plate A at the portions corresponding to reinforcement ribs 3-6 formed on the lower surface plate B and projecting toward the lower surface. Projecting parts 10 projecting to the lower surface side are formed on the ribs 3-6 of the lower surface plate B corresponding to the recessed grooves of the upper surface plate A. The panels P each formed by placing the upper surface plate A on the lower surface plate B and forming them integrally with each other are stacked on each other, and the projecting parts 10 of the panel P positioned on the upper side are fitted to the recessed grooves 9 of the panel P positioned on the lower side.
