PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mouthpiece being a mouthpiece used for a high-pressure rubber hose in which width of a ring-like crest part formed on an outer cylinder and closest to a mouthpiece body is optimized, easily biting into an outer coated rubber layer of the rubber hose, providing high seal effect and inexpensively suppressing cost of cutting work to an inner surface of the outer cylinder. SOLUTION: The mouthpiece 10 for the high pressure rubber hose is provided with the mouthpiece body 10a provided with an inner cylinder 6 inserted into the high pressure rubber hose; and the outer cylinder 8 covering the inner cylinder 6. One end of the outer cylinder 8 is calked/fixed to the mouthpiece body 10a and a plurality of ring-like crest parts 7 are formed on the inner surface of the outer cylinder 8. In the mouthpiece for the high pressure rubber hose, width Wa of a distal end of the ring-like crest part A closest to the mouthpiece body 10a is made to 1.5-3 times the width Wb of a distal end of the other ring-like crest part B.
