A road structure utilizing blocks for preventing differential settlement and a construction method of a road are provided to prevent the blocks from moving around by filling gaps between the blocks with sand and stone dust. A road structure utilizing blocks for preventing differential settlement comprises mat blocks(20), a leveling layer(30), a plurality of blocks(10), and a gap filling layer. The mat blocks is provided with a protrusion(21) for preventing the blocks from moving and laid on the leveled ground close together. The leveling layer is formed on the mat blocks by spreading sand and stone dust on the mat block. The blocks are laid on the leveling layer, wherein a plurality of blocks are laid on one mat block. The protrusion of the mat block prevents blocks on the mat block from moving or rattling around. The gap filling layers, containing sand and stone dust, are formed between the blocks and between the blocks and the protrusion of the mat block to prevent the block from moving around. |
