摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a crystalline bismuth-based glass composition which can deposit an enough amount of crystals after being softened and fluidized well in a sealing process, in addition, can not be again fluidized in a heating process after crystal deposition, for example in a vacuum exhaust process, and can suppress unreasonable rising of a coefficient of thermal expansion before and after crystallization. SOLUTION: The crystalline bismuth-based glass composition contains as a glass composition, in mol%, 30-50% Bi<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>, 5-25% B<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>, 31.2-50%ZnO+CuO, 15-40% ZnO, 0.1-25% CuO, 0-5% Fe<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>, 0-7% SiO<SB>2</SB>+Al<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>, 0-6% BaO+SrO+MgO+CaO, 0-5% Sb<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>, 0-5% WO<SB>3</SB>, and 0-5% In<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>+Ga<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>, and substantially does not contain PbO.
