PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of a fire by quickly detecting a temperature change in a plug of a power supply cord. SOLUTION: An IC chip 26A having a temperature detecting function is disposed in the plug 33a of the power supply cord 33, and on the other hand, a transmit/receive means 24 performing radio communication about temperature information with the IC chip 26A is disposed in the apparatus body 1 to which the power supply cord 33 is removably attached. Any member inhibiting radio communication is not provided between the transmit/receive means 24 and the IC chip 26A, whereby when a loose contact or tracking occurs, a temperature change in the plug 33a can be quickly detected by the IC chip 26A.
