PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing device of an inductive heating method capable of heating a heating body and a pressing body without increasing an exciting coil. SOLUTION: The fixing device 6 is provided with: the heating body 22 which has a heating and heat-generation part 24 heated inductively by application of an alternate magnetic field generated by the exciting coil 27 and is abutted to the printing surface side of a recording paper S on which a toner image is transferred; and the pressing body 23 which has a pressing heat-generation part 25 having a magnetic permeability higher than that of the heating and heat-generation part 24 and being heated inductively by a part of magnetic flux of the alternating magnetic field leaking from the heating and heat-generation part 24, and is abutted to the back surface of the recording paper S, wherein a high frequency voltage which reduces the leakage rate of the generated alternating magnetic field from the heating and heat-generation part 24 and a low frequency voltage which increases the leakage rate of the generated alternating magnetic field from the heating and heat-generation part 24 are inputted from a driving circuit 28 to the exciting coil 27.
