PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply unit where respective parts are compactly mounted with high density while heat is uniformly dispersed for every pair of circuit structures. SOLUTION: Symmetrical circuit elements on one side of a circuit (rectification diodes 9A and 9C, a switch element 12A, a capacitor 13A, output diode 16 and an output capacitor 19) and circuit elements on the other side (rectification diodes 9B and 9D, a switch element 12B, a capacitor 13B, an output diode 17 and an output capacitor 20) are provided as main circuits transmitting power to a load. Symmetrical structure parts 34A and 35A as first symmetrical structure parts comprising the circuit elements of one side, and symmetrical structure parts 34B and 35B as second symmetrical structure parts comprising the circuit elements of the other side, are orthogonally arranged with respect to a flow F of air.
