PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a private part flushing device, capable of preventing contamination of an outlet port of a hot air duct and a private part flushing nozzle, and also preventing generation of bad odor. SOLUTION: The device comprises a body case 11 provided on the rear upper surface of a toilet body 1 and having an opening 11 at a front central part thereof; the hot air duct 20 contained within the body case 10 and having the outlet port 21 facing the opening 11; a hot air generator 22 built-in the body case 10, which can supply hot air to a private part through the duct 20; an anus flushing nozzle 31 or the like built-in the body case 10 adjacently to the duct 20, which can be protruded forward through the opening 11; a first shutter 40 provided to be rotatable around an upper part of the outlet port 21, which can open and close the outlet port 21; and a second shutter 50 provided to be rotatable around an upper part of the opening 11, which can open and close the opening 11 in front of the first shutter 40.
