The device (1) has a tubular body (2), through which a gas stream flows. A pressure producing unit (3) is provided for supplying a liquid, which is subjected with pressure. The pressure production unit is flowtechnically connected with radially aligned nozzles (6) over an inlet pipe (5). A distribution unit (4) distributes the liquid from the pressure producing unit to the inlet pipe. The nozzles are aligned to interior of the tubular body and are formed at circumference of the tubular body.
