The switch has two distanced switching contacts (4) arranged in a contact plane. Two rotation axes are spaced parallel to each other and to the contact plane and are formed by stationary bearing units of a frame-like housing (1) and movable bearing units of a tiltable control rocker (2) approximately perpendicular to the plane. The movable units lie in a starting position of the rocker at the stationary units under spring tension and are liftable perpendicular to a bearing plane during changing of control directions alternate from the stationary units.
