PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medicine for treating allergy caused by a major allergen of dogs, i.e., Canf1 having approximately 17 kDa molecular weight and secreted from saliva, which diffuses in air since it is fine, and provides people with many chances of being exposed with the Canf1 for better or for worse accompanying with the advance of the dogs in society. SOLUTION: By the sensitization with a characteristic part of a protein structure, the Canf1 becomes an allergen to cause anaphylaxis. Then, the Canf1 without causing the anaphylaxis is prepared by removing the characteristic part and it is used for an administering agent for hyposensitization treatment. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
