PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a helmet solving the problem that, because of being poor in heat-exhausting function, a conventional helmet is stuffed up with heat, leading to causing a relevant wearer's heat shock, dizziness, accident, etc. SOLUTION: The helmet is so designed that a ventilative hole 5 of a large exhaust area and a protective part 6 enabling the ventilative hole 5 to be protected are formed, and both of them are furnished in the vicinity of the top of the helmet in use. In this way, in addition to securing the helmet's legal safety, heat exhaust levels via the ventilative hole 5 increase, and the natural principle: "Heat rises. Ventilation efficiency is higher, the larger the hole size (the air passing the hole represents a nearly V-shaped form)" is activated, resulting in further increase in heat exhaust levels and markedly increase in the helmet's heat-exhausting function, thus realizing the objective helmet high in genuine safety (legal safety minus anti-safety), i.e. a helmet good in ventilation and wearability and high in safety as well.
