A water supply pipe laying method of a multistory building is provided to lay a water supply pipe through a ceiling slab and a wall of each story of a multistory building, to prevent the leaking water of a pipeline of an upper story from flowing out to a lower story, to perform pipe arrangement work for each story simply, and to prevent breakage caused by leaving a water supply pipe as it lays. A water supply pipe laying method of a multistory building comprises the steps of: after concreting on a floor slab(11) of an upper story(H) for pipe arrangement, that is, a ceiling slab(12) of a lower story(L), arranging reinforcing bars(15) for a wall(10) of the upper story and the ceiling slab and installing an internal wall form(16) and a ceiling form(18), fixing a distributor(120) on a ceiling slab where reinforcing bars are arranged; making the lower part of a distributor box(121) exposed to the ceiling of the appointed story, and connecting a water supply pipe(131) to each inlet(123) of the distributor and laying each water supply pipe to be connected to each water tap of a bathroom, a toilet, a kitchen, etc. along the ceiling slab and the wall where reinforcing bars are arranged; installing an external wall form(17) along the arranged reinforcing bars and placing concrete; after curing the concrete, removing the forms, thereby completing the construction of the wall and the ceiling slab of the upper story; and connecting water taps to each water supply pipe.
