A noctilucent balloon including luminous coloring agent is provided to enable people to enjoy beautiful appearance of the balloon even at night and to enhance advertisement effect of the balloon through its illuminant color. A noctilucent balloon is made of a natural rubber, latex; coloring agents including luminous, fluorescent, and normal coloring agent; sulfur; zinc oxide; and a promoter. The balloon is very flexible because it is made of rubber.
