MEASURING INSTRUMENT FOR DEPTH OF BRIDGE SCOUR

A measuring instrument for depth of a bridge scour is provided to accurately measure the depth of a bridge scour and to allow for easy maintenance by having a simple structure. A measuring instrument for depth of a bridge scour includes a probe, a main body(20), a lift, and a measurement unit. The probe is positioned under water for contacting with the bottom of a river and descends as the depth of the bridge scour. The main body, cylindrical in shape, is installed on the bridge and contains the lift and the measurement unit inside. The lift is connected with the probe and lifts the probe up. The measurement unit measures the descended depth of the probe.
