摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate excellent in hermetic sealability, having high lamination strength, low in moisture permeability as a package of a lithium battery and especially excellent in electrolyte resistance, and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: In the laminate comprising an outer layer, an aluminum foil and an inner layer and having a chemical conversion layer at least provided to the surface of the aluminum foil on the side of the inner layer, the resin layer being contact with the chemical conversion layer of the inner layer comprises an acid modified olefin resin. The laminate is obtained by laminating the surface of the chemical conversion layer, the single layer film of the acid modified olefin resin or a coextrusion film of the acid modified olefin resin and one or more olefin resins by a thermal lamination method.
