A structure for an RFID(Radio Frequency IDentification) tag installed in a tire is provided to prevent an antenna and a chip of an RFID tag embedded in the tire from being broken by external shock or fatigue, and reduce absolute quantity of stress transferred to the RFID tag. An RFID tag includes a chip(2) storing various kinds of history information of a tire and an antenna(3) connected to the chip. The RFID chip is mounted on a heat resistant polymer film(1). Temperature and pressure sensors are additionally mounted on the chip, and upper and lower rubber layers(4a,4b) cover an upper face of the heat resistant polymer film. The upper and lower rubber layers protect the RFID tag from the upper and lower sides of the RFID tag, and are firmly embedded by improving adhesive force between the rubber layers when the rubber layers are placed between a carcass and an inner liner. The upper and lower rubber layers prevent fatigue failure in various types of stress conditions occurring during driving. |
