<p>FIELD: construction. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention pertains to production of ceramic materials, particularly to mixtures for making acid-proof products. The ceramic mixture for making acid-proof blocks consists of clay gravity tailings of zircon-ilmenite ore, chamotte from high-melting clay with fraction size of 1-2 mm, chamotte from high-melting clay with fraction size of 0.5-1 mm and salt aluminium dross, with the following mass percentages of components: 40-70% clay gravity tailings of zircon-ilmenite ore; 10-15% chamotte from high-melting clay with fraction size of 1-2 mm; 10-20% chamotte from high-melting clay with fraction size of 0.5-1 mm; 10-25% salt aluminium dross. ^ EFFECT: increased acid-proof capacity of the product. ^ 2 tbl</p> |
