Herbal rice cake for the treatment/prevention of atopy and its preparation method is provided to prevent constipation by using brown rice rich in dietary fiber and enable modern people to conveniently eat medicinal herbs. Herbal rice cake for the treatment/prevention of atopy is prepared by the steps of: (i) making a medicinal herb extract from medicinal herbs comprising 1~16wt.pt. of Schizonepeta tenuifolia var. japonica, 1~16wt.pt. of Saposhnikovia divaricata Schiskin, 1~16wt.pt. of Sparganium stoloniferum Buchanan-Hamilton, 1~16wt.pt. of Zedoariae Rhizoma, 1~16wt.pt. of licorice root, 1~16wt.pt. of cicada shell, 1~16wt.pt. of wasp hive, 1~16wt.pt. of dried Rehmanniae Radix, 1~16wt.pt. of Angelica gigas Nakai, 1~16wt.pt. of Smilax glabra Roxb. root, 1~16wt.pt. of Lithospermum erythrorhizon, 1~16wt.pt. of peach kernel, and 1~16wt.pt. of Melandrium firmum Rohrbach; and (ii) mixing 1~1600wt.pt. of brown rice to 10~300wt.pt. of the medicinal herb extract having a water content of 90% to make herbal rice cake. |
