A communication system and a communication apparatus are provided to perform mass data communication between information devices by a UWB(Ultra Wide Band) communication mode using an RF wideband signal, and transmit an UWB communication signal by using an electrostatic field or an induce electric field. A transmitter comprises a transmitting circuit unit(11) for generating an RF(Radio Frequency) signal for transmitting data, and an RF coupler for transmitting the RF signal as an electrostatic field or an induce electric field. A receiver comprises an RF coupler and a receiving circuit unit(21) for receiving and processing the RF signal received through the RF coupler. The RF couplers of the transmitter and the receiver comprise coupling electrodes(14,24), and a resonance unit having a distribution integer circuit for enhancing electric coupling of the coupling electrodes. |
