<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a distributed power supply system for supplying a specific consumer with power by association of a distributed power supply device containing a storage battery power supply with a commercial power supply, capable of carrying out power peak-cut and power supply system stabilization and extending the life of the storage battery with one storage battery power supply. <P>SOLUTION: The charge and discharge control section 11 of the storage battery power supply performs charge and discharge control according to a charge and discharge power command in which a certain amount of charge and discharge bias power is added to or subtracted from a charge and discharge power command adjusted based on the operational generated power of a private power generator 1 and the amount of storage power required for a storage battery 4A. In switching between charge and discharge modes, the charge mode is selected when a subtraction result (P<SB>G</SB>-P<SB>B</SB>) obtained by subtracting the bias power P<SB>B</SB>from the operational generated power P<SB>G</SB>is larger than load power P<SB>L</SB>, while the discharge mode is selected when an additional result (P<SB>G</SB>+P<SB>B</SB>) obtained by adding the bias power P<SB>B</SB>to the operational generated power P<SB>G</SB>is smaller than the load power P<SB>L</SB>. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
