PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic crusher which prevents a crusher main body from rotating when an operator do not intend to rotate it, is excellent in safety, certainty and operational reactivity, and improves operating efficiency and circulation efficiency of hydraulic oil. SOLUTION: In the hydraulic crusher comprising a crushing arm, the crusher main body 2 for supporting the crushing arm, a fixed bracket 3 for connecting the crusher main body 2 to an operating carriage, a hydraulic cylinder 10 disposed in the crusher main body 2 for opening and closing the crushing arm, and a hydraulic motor 5 disposed on the fixed bracket 3 for rotating the crusher main body, hydraulic flow passages 80, 81 for opening and closing are connected to the hydraulic cylinder from the operating carriage side, a hydraulic flow passage 90 for rotation, branched from the hydraulic flow passages 80, 81 for opening and closing is connected to the hydraulic motor 5 through a pilot operation check valve 67, a hydraulic flow passage 91 for rotation, a delay valve 40, and a hydraulic flow passage 92 for rotation, and the pilot operation check valve 67 is moved according to the position of the hydraulic cylinder 10 to switch communication and interruption of the hydraulic flow passage 91 for rotation.
