A seating member is provided to have excellent field adaptability and easily couple an insulator to a seating member by having a structure to couple the insulator in various directions. A seating member(50) includes a center bar(20), a linear type bolt(25), a round-shaped bar(27), a bracket(30), and a linear type bolt(34). A plurality of center through-brackets(21) and a U bolt coupling groove(22) penetrate the center bar. A bolt coupling groove(28) and a round-shaped flange(29) are formed at one side of the round-shaped bar. In the bracket, the insulator is fixed to a bolt coupling groove(33) with a short linear-type bolt(34'). U-bolts are joined to the U-bolt coupling grooves of the center bards positioned to have a height difference on an electric pole.
