PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a camera device that enables even a user other than a user having set a preset position to understand what place is photographed and displayed as an image on a display device, a camera system having the camera device, and an image data generating method of the camera device. SOLUTION: The camera device 100 has an image capturing means of capturing an optical image, an image data generating means of generating image data corresponding to the optical image captured by the image capturing means, and an image data storage means of storing photographic position information for specifying the photographic position of the image capturing means together with the corresponding image data generated corresponding to the optical image captured at the photographic position.
