PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a data transmission stop after data transmission operation, in a data terminal device. SOLUTION: This data terminal device 10 performs transmission/reception of data by use of a network. An application 11 deals with data of a WEB browser, a mail client or the like. A transmission data buffer 13 buffers the transmission data sent to a data transmission part 12 so as to transmit the data to the network by the application 11. A transmission data buffer management part 14 performs management of a time or the like for which the transmission data are buffered in the transmission data buffer 13, and deletes the transmission data inside the transmission data buffer 13 by a request of a data terminal operator inside the transmission data buffer. The data transmission part 12 transmits data received from the transmission data buffer 13 to the network 100, but does not transmit the data deleted in the transmission data buffer management part 14 to the network 100 because the data are not delivered to the data transmission part 12.
