PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device 2 for singing/playing and a system for singing/playing, capable of giving presence feeling to a user 8 as if he or she sings or plays together with a player 7, and boosting enhancement feeling of the user 8. SOLUTION: A distribution server 1 holds a background image in which a live hall 6 is imaged before playing, and a distribution image in which the live hall is imaged during playing by the same angle with the background image, and sequentially distributes the background image and the distribution image to the device 2 for singing/playing. The device 2 for singing/playing stores the background image in its own device. When the device 2 for singing/playing receives the distribution image, if a part selected by the user 8 is included in the distribution image, the background image is combined with the user 8 which is imaged by a camera 31 of the own device, and it is displayed on a monitor 34. If the part selected by the user 8 is not included in the distribution image, the background image is combined with the distribution image, and it is displayed on the monitor 34.
