PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid pump device capable of reducing transmission of vibration caused by unbalance of an impeller member and a magnetic circuit of a motor or the like from the impeller member to the motor case, and keeping the displacement of the impeller member to a flow out port side small. SOLUTION: The fluid pump device discharges fluid sucked into a pump chamber to an outside via the flow out port formed on a circumference direction part of the pump chamber when drive force of a motor is transmitted to an impeller member under a noncontact condition and the impeller member rotates in the pump chamber of the motor case. The impeller member is supported with floated against the motor case by being internally fitted in a motor side and a pump side retention part 1g, 3h of the motor case via a motor side and a pump side elastic ring member 7, 8 at both end side of an impeller shaft 6 rotatably supporting the impeller member. Cross section thick wall parts 7b, 8b included in the motor side and the ring side elastic ring members 7, 8 are arranged between the impeller shaft 6 and the flow out port.
