<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of previously and inexpensively preventing misidentification of an operator without improving an on-site apparatus by using a tablet instead of a key, and preventing the tablet from coming off from a display board or the on-site apparatus even if external vibration is applied in a state where the tablet is attached on a vertical surface. <P>SOLUTION: In this method, a pair of two tablets, a tablet 1a for display plate to be attached to an in-house wire connecting display plate 2 in a power station or a substation and a tablet 1b for an apparatus to be attached to an on-site apparatus 3. First, the tablet 1a attached to the position of a corresponding target apparatus mark of the wire connecting display plate 2 is detached, and then, the tablet 1a is turned inside out. If the corresponding on-site apparatus 3 is regular, the tablet 1a can be attached to be superimposed on the tablet 1b already attached to an attaching pedestal 6 of the on-site apparatus 3, and if the corresponding on-site apparatus 3 is not regular, the tablet 1a cannot be attached to be superimposed on the tablet 1b.
