<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact inverter apparatus in which switching surge voltage superimposed on a control power feeder can be reduced. <P>SOLUTION: A multi-output type control power feeding transformer T1 is arranged between semiconductor modules 101 to 103 of an upper arm-side of a three phase inverter and semiconductor modules 111 to 113 on a lower arm-side. The semiconductor modules on the upper arm-side are PWM-controlled by upper arm driving drivers 121 to 123 and the semiconductor modules on the lower arm-side by lower arm driving drivers 131 to 133. The multi-output type control power feeding transformer T1 individually supplies control power voltage to the upper arm driving drivers 121 to 123 from three secondary coils through three different rectifier circuits, and supplies control power voltage in common to the lower arm driving drivers 131 to 133 from the other secondary coil through a different rectifier circuit. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
