[Class 52(ii)] Foot holding stirrups or slings 10 are suspended from the front of the hinged tray 9 to support the child's heels approximately on a level with the seat 6. Each sling comprises a strap doubled into a loop the ends of which embrace a bracket 14, buckles 15 being provided for adjustment. A guard member 16 closes the loop on its outer side, and snap fasteners may be provided to enable a pouch-like receptacle for the heel to be formed.
