PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a communication method in which a radio base station connected to a plurality of pools so as to be overlapped, correctly transfers a control signal. SOLUTION: The communication method for constituting a pool of one or more subscriber nodes and transferring control signals between mobiles and subscriber nodes by the radio base station includes: a step (S101) of receiving a control message including a subscriber node identifier, a pool identifier, and a control signal, from a mobile; a step (S102) of determining whether or not a local station is connected to the pool so as to be overlapped; a step (S103) of extracting the pool identifier from the control message to determine whether the pool identifier corresponds to the pool to which the local station is connected or not in the case that the local station is connected to the pool so as to be overlapped; and a step (S106) of transferring the control signal on the basis of the subscriber node identifier in the case that the pool identifier corresponds to the pool, to which the local station is connected, and the local station is not connected to the pool so as to be overlapped.
